		<description>Some versions of Internet Explore that are packaged with MSN, AOL and Mindspring (examples, there are some others) can only be upgraded through those internet providers.  You would have to check their web sites to see if an upgrade is available. One pain in the ass with IE is that your computer can only have one version installed at any given time. The alternative is to download another browser, like FireFox.</description>
